If, before the date of the event, a new epidemic or the Covid-19 epidemic resumes, preventing the event from taking place because of a travel or meeting restriction imposed by the French government, and if no agreement has been reached to postpone the event to a later date, the hotel undertakes to cancel the reservations at no cost and to return the amounts paid.
