(1) Proof of status to be send by email to contact@imig2023.org. Please provide an official photo identification or an official letter of your institution’s/organization’s letterhead which indicates proof of status as a Student, Trainee, Resident, Fellow, Advocacy/Association or Nurse.

Registration fees Includes:
- access to the scientific sessions,
- access to the posters area,
- access to the exhibition,
- one lunchbox per badge per day of registration, to be consumed during the Lunch Symposium session on Monday, the exclusive sessions and break on Tuesday (1PM to 2PM) and the pleanary session on Wednesday.
Congress Dinner
The dinner reservation will be included in the registration form : 75€ – non-refundable if you are absent on D-day.
Payment method
Payment of registrations shall be made by credit card, before the congress (any payment not made prior to the congress will result in the cancellation of the pre-registration and a re-registration on site on D-Day with a surcharge).
